1. Before you begin using your dilator kit, wash your hands and your dilator with mild, fragrance free soap and warm water or dedicated toy cleaner. Give yourself a little time and space so you can relax.
Choose a calm spot where you feel comfortable and let yourself move at a pace that feels right for you. There is no need to rush. Find a position that helps you reach your vagina easily.
Many people choose to lie back with their knees bent and legs apart. A mirror can also be useful if you want a clearer view.
2. You may want to begin by using your finger before moving on to the smallest dilator in the kit. Apply a generous amount of water based lubricant along the dilator and around the vaginal entrance so everything feels smooth and comfortable.
Starting small gives your body time to adjust to the sensation of insertion and helps you build confidence without pressure.
3. When you feel ready, place the tip of the dilator at the entrance of your vagina and gently guide it in. If anything feels uncomfortable, pause, breathe and allow your body to relax again.
Some people find that touching or masturbating beforehand helps them to unwind.
4. Continue easing the dilator in using the finger loop for control. Only go as deep as feels comfortable for you.

European and International Delivery
European parcels are sent through Royal Mail. International orders are shipped using Interlink. Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your items and will be displayed at checkout.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that local customs authorities may apply import duties or additional taxes. These charges are not included in our prices and are outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
You are welcome to return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
