Returns Information
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind or aren’t happy with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it for a refund, no questions asked. However, for hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted on unopened, unused items that are still in their original sealed packaging.
Please do not return any used or opened products, as we are unable to process refunds for items that do not meet our hygiene standards. This is in line with UK consumer protection regulations and ensures the health and safety of all our customers.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return to be processed and funds to appear back in your account.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email. A member of our team will provide you with a returns form and clear instructions on how to proceed. It’s important to include the completed form in your return parcel to avoid any delays in processing.
We recommend using a tracked service to return your parcel so you have proof of postage. Skins Sexual Health is not responsible for items lost in the post without tracking.
When your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please note: delivery charges are only refunded in cases where the product is faulty or has been sent in error.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please get in touch with us immediately. Keep all original packaging and take photos of the issue, as this will help us resolve the problem faster.
You’ll be asked to send the item back for inspection, and once confirmed, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost. In the case of a faulty item, we’ll also refund your return shipping fees if a tracked service was used.

Cancelling or Changing Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of placing it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return in line with our returns policy.
To cancel or amend your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund immediately.
Cancellations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations) are fully supported. You do not need to give a reason, and we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
