Discreet & Secure Shipping

Your privacy is our priority. All Skins orders are sent out in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure complete discretion. There are no logos, product names, or tell-tale markings anywhere on the outer parcel. Whether it’s a box or padded envelope, nothing on the outside reveals what’s inside or where it's come from. Vibrating toys or items with batteries are shipped switched off to avoid any noise or movement during transit.

We know many of our customers prefer to keep their purchases private, even from housemates or delivery staff, so we’ve designed our shipping approach to reflect that. You can order with confidence knowing your items will arrive as discreetly as possible.

Order Cut-Off & Dispatch Schedule

To help you get your items quickly, we dispatch orders every working day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1 pm (UK time) on these days are processed and dispatched the same day. This ensures you receive your parcel as soon as possible, depending on your chosen delivery option.

If your order is placed after 1 pm, or on a weekend or UK bank holiday, it will be sent out on the next working day. We do everything we can to meet these cut-off times, but during peak periods or unexpected demand, there may be slight delays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, along with tracking details where applicable.

UK Delivery Options

We use trusted couriers and Royal Mail services for all domestic deliveries. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or postal strikes.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries. Our international service is reliable, secure, and cost-effective.

European Orders: Items are shipped using Royal Mail international services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and size. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Worldwide Orders: For destinations outside Europe, we use trusted couriers such as Interlink Express and Royal Mail International. Delivery times usually range from 7–15 working days.

While we aim to dispatch international orders promptly, local customs, import taxes, and clearance procedures may affect delivery times. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
