Delivery & Returns
Here at Skins, we appreciate you may not want inquisitive neighbours knowing about the contents of your delivery. Rest assured that we deliver with discretion, regardless of where your parcel is going to.
We deliver all our products in plain, unbranded packaging with no content description on the outside labelling.
We pack your parcel carefully so that it’s safe and secure and any vibrating items are switched to off.
We aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 3pm Monday – Friday (Excluding Bank holidays) the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, during Bank Holidays or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Deliveries within the UK
We offer three main delivery options for UK customers. Depending on the delivery option you select during the checkout process your order will be sent by either Royal Mail or Interlink Express.

All European deliveries will be shipped using Royal Mail services. Prices for all European deliveries will be dependent on the items ordered, taking into consideration the size and weight of the packaging. The website will provide a shipping cost at the checkout for all European items before payment is taken from the customer.
International, Worldwide Deliveries
All international and worldwide deliveries will be shipped using Interlink services. Prices for all international and worldwide deliveries will be dependent on the items ordered, taking into consideration the size and weight of the packaging. The website will provide a shipping cost at the checkout for all international and worldwide items before payment is taken from the customer.
In the event that you are not happy with any product that you have purchased from us, you can return it within 30 days after the original purchase date and receive a full refund. Please bear in mind that the item must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it – unopened and in the original packaging.

Once your purchase has been safely returned to us, someone from the Skins team will be in touch by email to notify you that your refund has been processed. You will be refunded directly back to the original payment card. Please expect the money to be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the product.
